DELIVERY & PAYMENT

How are your loose-leaf blends made?

Our loose leaf teas are hand blended in the UK, with carefully sourced natural ingredients and flavour profiles. Each recipe has a uniqueness to it and story to share with our customers. We love loose leaf tea, as we feel this is the best way to really taste our blends.

Will you be bringing out your blends in tea bags?

At the moment, Tea & Me is only supplying loose leaf blends as we feel this is the best way to enjoy our delicious infusions. Never say never, but for now we encourage our customers to enjoy our tea in this way. If you’re looking for a suitable infuser, be sure to check out our very own stainless steel product available via our Store.

Which teas are caffeinated?

We have a range of different teas (and more in development) that are both caffeinated or caffeine-free. Our Black and Green tea blends are both caffeinated, where our Peppermint and Rooibos infusions are perfect caffeine free alternatives. Check out our Store page for more information on each of our blends.

How long should I infuse my tea for?

For each of our signature blends, we have included serving suggestions as a guide but each individual can tailor their tea experience based on their preference. For a stronger taste of each blend, you are welcome to infuse your tea for longer. Each serving of loose leaf tea can be brewed at least two times, however please note that the potency will vary.

Is your packaging recyclable / eco-friendly?

Yes, all of our packaging has been selected in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We are passionate about promoting sustainability and have built this into our brand ethos to ensure that our customers know we have considered the environmental impact that we are accountable for. Our loose leaf tea pouches are recyclable, our tea caddies are reusable and the tea within our caddies has been packaged with Natureflex bags made from plant pulp.

What health ailments do your teas support?

Our blends promote general health and wellbeing and aid in a healthy lifestyle. If you have a specific health concern, please make sure you speak to a health professional. Read our Disclaimer below for more information.

Do Tea & Me blends contain allergens?

All ingredients have been sourced adequately and you can find the ingredients list breakdown, with allergen mentions on all of our products. For more information and enquiries please contact hello@itsteaandme.com.


OUR TEAS

Does Tea & Me ship internationally?

Yes we do. We are based in the United Kingdom and we’re happy to share our products with customers around the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us so we can assist in getting our products out to you.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to be well within 5 working days to send out orders, just drop us a message for an update if you can’t wait to receive it! Standard shipping applies for UK & EU, Rest of World and the USA. Please note due to the global pandemic, your orders may experience delays. For any enquiries, contact hello@itsteaandme.com 

**For Christmas orders, our last UK shipping date is Friday, 18 December but due to increased demand with Royal Mail we advise on placing orders as early as possible to avoid delay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit card payments.

I’m not happy with my order, can I return it?

Unfortunately, all orders are non-refundable. We have provided descriptions for each of our teas to help aid in making the right decision. Please consider this before a purchase, and if you are unsure, why not order one of our sample pouches available across all of our signature blends. If there’s something wrong with your order, contact hello@itsteaandme.com where we’ll be able to help you.
